All garbage, food, etc. should be removed prior to your departure. Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED in the rental unit and three-season room/outside porch. A minimum of $150 will be charged if we have to clean/deodorize the rental unit. Pets are PROHIBITED in the rental unit and three-season room/outside porch. A minimum of $150 will be charged if you bring one into the rental unit. A copy of your credit card will be held for your security deposit and charged if any of the above rules are broken. The credit card will also be charged for any damage done to the rental unit. Upon check-in, any damage to the unit should be noted and immediately reported to us. A copy of the campground rules has been provided, and you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of Riverforest Park Campground. By signing below, I agree to the above terms and conditions. I understand that I am the responsible partyt for the rental unit, and I acknowledge that my credit card information will be kept on file in case such an instance above occurs. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for the other guests I bring and thta use the rental unit. Terms I have carefully read and fully understand the terms outlined above. I willingly agree to this release and sign it of my own free will. I have also reviewed and discussed these terms with everyone in my group, and they have given me their permission to sign on their behalf.
